Certification
Coaches and HR professionals can be certified in the Complete Values Profile assessment. This gives you access to a developmental assessment that measures a leader’s ability level and whether that matches their job. This is not a descriptive assessment, but a truly developmental measure of ability and job match.

Complete Assessments range from individual leader energy audits to whole organisation network analysis. All our assessments are robustly validated and designed to offer a depth of insights not available elsewhere.

Not only do you experience the Complete Values Profile for yourself, the certification also includes two trial assessment so you can practise your feedback.
Written tests are built into each module. We also host group review calls so you can ask questions and share learnings with your peers.
